1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllMarkdownTools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AllMarkdownTools is a free web-based toolkit that converts markdown into PDFs, HTML, and other formats. The Service is provided "as is" without account creation.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the markdown and content you process through the Service. We do not claim ownership. Markdown is processed in your browser; PDF export sends content to a serverless function for rendering and does not retain it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts to abuse export endpoints (rate limits apply)
  • Resell or commercialize the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and code (excluding open-source dependencies), is owned by AllMarkdownTools and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense and similar networks). Ads may be personalized based on your browsing. You can adjust ad preferences via Google Ads Settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported documents will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMarkdownTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers (Google, Vercel, Smartlook, Tally, Web3Forms, and others). Their respective terms and policies apply to data they process. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, especially for abusive behavior or terms violations. No account exists to delete.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
